I've personally turned it off becuasue most of the stuff is useless. And that clock.. tick, tick, tick. It like watching your life drain away in front of your eyes. It's not perfect, as it seems to cycle through all the gadgets (including those that are still on the Sidebar), so it takes quite a few keystrokes to find the one I want.
