New SAM (Skype answering machine) Forum
A new forum for SAM, the Skype Answering Machine, is now available at www.sam-forum.tk. This is supposed to be a parallel institution to the SAM Yahoo! group.

Just installed SAM and it falls over by not answering incoming calls. When I select...take over call.....it generates a microsoft error messaage. This happens on a friends machine too. Using WinXP.

I had this problem...then all of a sudden it started working OK. Try setting the answer to 2 rings then reboot. Get someone to call you with SAM running in the background. Worked for me.
